A Study on Empowering the High Quality Development of the"5+5+N"Industry at Wenzhou Vocational Colleges Under the Goal of Common Prosperity

摘要
温州在践行共同富裕示范区建设任务中,通过不断优化区域产业结构,制定高质量发展规划,已形成良好的产业集群发展格局.职业教育在推进产业升级过程中为产业持续发展提供动能.根据教育部职业教育专业目录分类,本文将职业教育专业与"5+5+N"攻坚重点产业结合,采用产业结构高级化指数测度产业结构发展程度,衡量产业结构变化的趋势,计算温州市高职专业设置与产业结构偏离度.并从合理化布局、政策化引导、信息化拉动、品牌化发展等方面探讨了高职专业赋能"5+5+N"产业高质量发展的推进策略.
Abstract
Wenzhou has formed a good pattern of industrial cluster development by continuously optimizing the regional industrial structure and formulating high-quality development plans while implementing the construction task of a demonstration zone for common prosperity.The vocational education plays an important role in promoting industrial upgrading and providing momentum for the sustainable development of the indus-try.According to The Professional Catalog Classification of Vocational Education by The Ministry of Educa-tion,vocational education specialty is combined with the"5+5+N"key industries,the industrial structure upgrading index is used to measure the degree of industrial structure development,the trend of industrial structure changes is estimated and the deviation degree between the vocational education specialty set-ting and the industrial structure in Wenzhou is calculated as well.And the promotion strategies for empower-ing the high-quality development of the"5+5+N"industry at vocational colleges are explored from the as-pects,such as rational layout,policy guidance,information driven development,and brand development and so on.
