摘要
大力研究和培育发展资源竞争性海洋新兴产业,对于港口大城市加快转变海洋经济发展方式,实现经济社会可持续发展具有十分重要的意义.本文在分析海洋渔业资源竞争性现状的基础上,研究分析了青岛等港口大城市资源竞争性海洋新兴产业发展存在的主要问题.通过对海洋生物医药、海洋新能源、海洋风能、智能化建造船舶等资源竞争性产业的分析,提出了这些港口城市发展海洋资源新兴产业的思路,并从港口大城市发展的综合方面,阐述了促进沿海城市发展资源竞争性海洋新兴产业的对策.
Abstract
Vigorously cultivating,researching and developing resource competitive marine emerging indus-tries is of great significance for port cities to accelerate the transformation of marine economic develop-ment mode and realize the sustainable development of economy and society.Based on the analysis of the com-petitive status of marine fishery resources,this paper studies and analyzes the main problems existing in the development of resource competitive marine emerging industries in large port cities such as Qingdao.Based on the analysis of resource competitive industries such as marine biomedicine,marine new energy,ma-rine wind energy and intelligent ship construction,this paper puts forward some ideas on how to develop the emerging industries of marine resources in these port cities.Finally,from the comprehensive aspect of the development of port cities,this paper expounds the countermeasures to promote the development of resource competitive marine emerging industries in coastal cities.
