摘要
全面推进乡村振兴是高质量发展的"压舱石",而人才振兴是乡村振兴的"关键和前提".湾区青年具有生源覆盖面广、学历层次高、创新力强、开放包容等特点,在下乡、返乡、兴乡中具有素质全面、文化相通、情感归属、适应能力强等先天优势,在全面推进乡村振兴中展现出新气象新作为.在新起点新征程上,要坚持农业农村优先发展,把乡村建设摆在社会主义现代化建设的重要位置,以习近平青年观为指引,鼓励和吸引广大湾区青年扎根乡村广阔天地,在全面推进乡村振兴进程中建功新时代.
Abstract
Comprehensively promoting rural revitalization serves as the cornerstone of high-quality devel-opment,with talent revitalization being the linchpin and prerequisite.The youth of the Bay Area have the characteristics of wide enrollment coverage,high levels of education,robust innovation,openness and in-clusivity.They possess inherent advantages in going to,returning to,and revitalizing rural areas due to their all-round quality,cultural affinity,emotional connection,and strong adaptability.Their contribu-tions have yielded new accomplishments in promoting rural revitalization comprehensively.As we embark on a new journey from this starting point onwards,it is imperative to prioritize agricultural and rural develop-ment while placing significant emphasis on rural construction within the framework of socialist moderniza-tion.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping's view of youth,we must actively encourage and attract the majority of Bay Area youth to take root in vast countryside regions and make contributions to the new era in the process of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.
