四川盆地罗家寨高含硫气田钻完井技术创新与实践

四川盆地高含硫化氢气藏储量规模较大,其安全绿色高效开发对于四川盆地千亿立方米天然气产能基地建设和国家"双碳"目标实现具有重要意义,但高含硫气田在钻完井过程中面临漏、涌、塌、卡、毒等工程技术挑战.为加快高含硫气田的安全绿色高效开发,梳理了高含硫气田钻完井技术难点,开展了高含硫气井优快钻井工艺、完井工艺、井控工艺技术攻关与实践,创新形成了适用于高含硫气田钻完井工艺技术系列.研究结果表明:①首次将海上成熟的Trulink不停泵测斜工艺和随钻测井工艺运用在国内陆上高含硫气井钻井中,分别实现四开一趟钻完钻和五开产层一趟钻完井,趟钻进尺、机械钻速、定向周期等指标优异,井身轨迹合格率100%;②超低密度领浆体系成功应对固井恶性井漏挑战,韧性防气窜泥浆体系配合顶部封隔器确保悬挂位置封固良好,固井合格率、优质率双达标;③两步式完井工艺降低完井过程井控风险,下入的井下永置式压力计实现气井全生命周期的井下实时动态监测;④优化后的防喷器组合及井控装备能够保证高含硫气田钻完井全过程的井控安全.结论认为,四川盆地罗家寨高含硫气田钻完井工艺技术创新在高质量建井方面取得了显著成效,累计测试获气590×104m3/d,累计无阻流量3 204×104m3/d,所形成的钻完井优化工艺技术系列可以有效指导类似高含硫气田的安全规模高效开发.
Innovation and practice of drilling and completion technology in the Luojiazhai high-sulfur gas field,Sichuan Basin
The high-sulfide gas reservoirs in the Sichuan Basin are large in reserve scale,and their safe,green and efficient development is of great significance to the construction of a base with the natural gas productivity of one hundred billion cubic meters and the realization of the national"dual-carbon"goal.In high-sulfur gas fields,however,drilling and completion face engineering and technical challenges such as leakage,kick,collapse,sticking and toxicity.In order to accelerate the safe,green and efficient development of high-sulfur gas fields,this paper sorts out the technical difficulties of drilling and completion in high-sulfur gas fields,conductes researches and practices of optimal and fast drilling technology,completion technology and well control technology,and innovatively develops a series of drilling and completion technologies.The following results are obtained.First,the mature offshore Trulink non-stop pumping survey technology and logging while drilling(LWD)technology are applied to onshore high-sulfur well drilling in China for the first time,and fourth-spud drilling and completion in one trip and fifth-spud drilling and completion of production zone in one trip are realized respectively,presenting an excellent one-trip drilling footage,rate of penetration(ROP),directional cycle and other indicators,with the qualified rate of well trajectory of 100%.Second,the ultra-low density lead slurry system successfully deals with the challenge of severe circulation loss during well cementing,and the anti-gas channeling tough slurry system combined with the top packer ensures that the cementing job at the suspension position is of good quality,with both the qualified cementing rate and the high-quality cementing rate reaching the standard.Third,the two-step completion process reduces the well control risk during the completion process,and the downhole permanent pressure gauge can realize downhole real-time dynamic monitoring in the whole life cycle of the gas well.Fourth,the optimized BOP stack and well control equipment can ensure safe well control in the whole process of drilling and completion in high-sulfur gas fields.In conclusion,the technological innovation of drilling and completion process in Luojiazhai high-sulfur gas field in the Sichuan Basin has achieved remarkable achievements in high quality well construction,with a cumulative test gas yield of 590 × 104 m3/d,and absolute open flow of 3 204 × 104 m3/d.The optimized drilling and completion technology series developed in this paper can provide effective guidance for the large-scale safe and efficient development of similar high-sulfur gas fields.
