聚胺复合盐润滑防塌钻井液在樊斜166大位移井的应用

樊斜 166 井位于济阳拗陷东营凹陷博兴洼陷高青断层下降盘樊斜 166 块,为中国石化胜利石油工程有限公司油气勘探管理中心重点评价井.区块地层岩性复杂,该井设计井深 5 664.07 m,井底井斜近 60°,水平位移近 3 000 m,井底温度近 190℃,钻井施工中钻井液维护井壁稳定、井眼净化及润滑防卡技术难度大.为此,针对该区块地层岩性特点及施工技术难点,制订了樊斜166 井钻井液技术对策,并通过钻井液处理剂优选,构建了聚胺复合盐润滑防塌钻井液体系,进行了评价实验与现场应用,均获良好结果.评价实验结果表明,该钻井液体系不仅抑制性能好、封堵能力强,而且具有良好的润滑性和抗温性,在 190℃仍保持良好的流变性.现场应用结果表明:①在相应的钻井液现场维护处理工艺辅助下,聚胺复合盐润滑防塌钻井液实现了优快钻井;全井钻井时效高,实钻周期仅 54.5 d,比设计钻井周期提前了 39.4%;平均机械钻速 12.89 m/h,创区块同类型井机械钻速新纪录.②聚胺复合盐润滑防塌钻井液体系解决了该区块大位移井钻井过程中易出现的井壁失稳、井眼净化及润滑防卡的难题;钻进过程中井壁稳定,三开井段井径平均扩大率仅为 3.16%;井眼净化良好,钻井液高温下悬浮携带能力强;润滑防卡性好,定向过程中摩阻和扭矩低,起下钻畅通无阻,完井作业顺利.该钻井液体系的成功应用,为区块的后续钻探开发提供了技术支撑,对其他区块相似大位移井的钻井液构建亦有参考意义.
Polyamine composite-salt drilling fluid with lubrication and anti-collapse performance and its application to extended-reach Fanxie-166 well
Located at Fanxie-166 block on the downthrown side of Gaoqing Fault,Boxing subsag,Dongying sag,Jiyang depression,Fanxie-166 well is an important extended-reach appraisal well attached to Oil and Gas Exploration Management Center in Sinopec Shengli Petroleum Engineering Corporation.It is characterized by the designed depth of 5,664.07 m,the bottomhole inclination of nearly 60°,the horizontal displacement of 3,000 m,and the bottomhole temperature up to 190℃,respectively,bringing about chal-lenges in achieving wellbore stability,borehole cleaning,as well as lubrication and anti-collapse roles.So,one strategy of drilling fluid was made,that the polyamine composite-salt(PCS)with lubrication and anti-collapse property was developed after selecting optimal treatment agent,and then experimental evaluation and field application were implemented to gain better results.This evalua-tion demonstrates that the PCS drilling fluid boasts better inhibition and strong plugging,better lubrication and temperature resistance,and good rheology even at 190℃.The field application shows that(ⅰ)with the support of drilling-fluid maintenance and treatment,the PCS may facilitate an optimal and fast drilling,with the actual period of only 54.5 d,39.4%shorter than the designed one,which in-dicates high time-efficiency in drilling,and the average ROP of 12.89 m/h which records a new high ROP in similar wells in the same block;and(ⅱ)the PCS can effectively prevent wellbore instability and realize lubrication and anti collapse during drilling of extend-ed-reach wells.In drilling practice,the wellbore is stable,and the average enlargement rate of the wellbore diameter is only 3.16%in the third spud,and the borehole is adequately cleaned.This drilling fluid has strong suspension and carrying capacity at high tempera-ture.Both lubrication and anti-caving performance are satisfactory,resulting in low frictional resistance and torque during directional drilling,smooth round trip,and successful completion.The proposed PCS drilling fluid may provide technical support for subsequent drilling in Fanxie-166 block,and is also referential for preparing drilling fluid for similar extended-reach wells in other blocks.
