天府气田致密气水平井二开一趟钻钻井关键技术

四川盆地天府气田致密气资源丰富,多用水平井开采,钻井过程中存在机械钻速低、二开趟钻数高、施工摩阻扭矩大、卡钻等复杂事故频发等难题.为此,针对天府气田侏罗系沙溪庙组致密气藏,从钻头型号、旋转导向工具、旋转导向配套工具、钻具组合、钻井参数以及钻井液性能等方面开展优化研究与技术攻关,制定关键技术措施,改善与升级了以"二开井身结构+三维轨迹剖面+高效PDC钻头+油基钻井液+旋转导向"为主的水平井优快钻井技术.研究结果表明:①通过优化PDC钻头布齿与强化钻头攻击性,可有效提高钻头对非均质地层的适应性,从而提高机械钻速;②通过优化钻具组合及强化钻井参数,形成一套适用于CG STEER国产旋转导向系统的钻具组合,进一步确保了破岩能力,减少了卡钻风险;③基于摩尔-库伦准则的井壁稳定性评价,优化油基钻井液性能与密度设计,再度降低了卡钻风险.该项钻井关键技术成功应用于现场 8 口井,实现二开Ø215.9 mm井眼的"一趟钻"优快钻井,应用结果表明:①较之未应用该项技术的井,8 口应用井的二开平均机械钻速由 17.75 m/h提升至 23.20 m/h(提高 30.7%),二开平均钻井周期由 12.00 d降至 9.19 d(缩短 23.4%),全井平均钻井周期由16.10 d降至 11.19 d(缩短 30.5%),应用效果良好;②8 口井中效果最好的JQ12-8-H2 井,机械钻速高达 40.62 m/h,二开钻井周期仅为 6.15 d,刷新了天府气田致密气水平井的最快机械钻速与最短钻井周期纪录,钻井提速效果显著.该项钻井关键技术的研究与应用,有力支撑了四川盆地致密气快速上产的需求.
Key technology of second-spud one-trip drilling for tight gas horizontal wells in Tianfu gasfield
The Tianfu gasfield in Sichuan Basin is rich in tight gas resources,which are mainly recovered by horizontal wells.During the well drilling,there exists problems including low rate of penetration(ROP),multiple trips in second spud,large operating friction torque,and frequent occurrence of complex accidents such as sticking.Therefore,targeted at the tight gas reservoirs in the Jurassic Shaximiao Formation of Tianfu gasfield,optimization research and technical study were carried out in the aspects of drill bit type,rotary steering tools,drilling tool sets,drilling parameters,and drilling fluid performance,to formulate key technical measures.And then,an optimized and fast drilling technology for horizontal wells was developed based on"second-spud casing program+3D tra-jectory profile+efficient PDC bit+oil-based drilling fluid+rotary steering".The research results show that,(i)by optimizing the cutting tooth arrangement of PDC bit and enhancing the bit aggressivity,the bit adaptability to heterogeneous strata can be effectively improved,and thereby the ROP is increased;(ii)by optimizing drilling tool sets and drilling parameters,a drilling tool set suitable for the home-made CG STEER rotary geological steering drilling system is developed,which ensures the rock breaking ability and reduces the sticking risk;and(iii)the design of oil-based drilling fluid performance and density is optimized by the wellbore stability evaluation based on the Mohr-Coulomb criterion,further reducing the sticking risk.This drilling technology has been successfully ap-plied to 8 wells in the field,achieving the excellent"one-trip"drilling for second spud in Ø215.9 mm wellbore.The application results show that,(i)compared with the wells to which this technology has not been applied,the average ROP of second spud for the 8 wells is increased by 30.7%(from 17.75 m/h to 23.20 m/h),the average drilling period of second spud is shortened by 23.4%(from 12.00 d to 9.19 d),and the average of the whole drilling period is shortened by 30.5%(from 16.10 d to 11.19 d),exhibiting the good applica-tion effect;and(ii)Well JQ12-8-H2 has the best performance among the 8 wells:the ROP is as high as 40.62 m/h,the drilling period of second spud is only 6.15 d,breaking the records of the fastest ROP and the shortest drilling period of tight gas horizontal wells in Tianfu gasfield,achieving the significant improvement in ROP.The research and application of this drilling technology strongly sup-port the rapid production of tight gas in the Sichuan Basin.
