Effect of Si on Wheat's Absorbing Metallic Copper and Soil Properties
The pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Si on wheat's absorbing metallic copper and soil properties when add different volumes of 0,0.25,0.5,0.75,1,1.25 g/kg,in Si plan.The results showed that when Si of ammounts were 0.25,0.5,0.75 g/kg,by decreasing copper biotoxicity,increasing soil enzyme(such as urease,catalase,and sucrase) activity and increasing pH in soil,it could significantly increase germination percentage of the wheat seeding and promote photosynthesis.And the following result was to promote development of the wheat.When Si of ammounts were 1,1.25 g/kg,it could inhibit the development of wheat.So here was the conclusion,appropriate silicon volume of 0.75 g/kg could significantly alleviate metallic copper pollution,providing the theoretical basis of increasing silicon fertilizer at the wheat regional of Cu poison.
