Cu污染对高羊茅与黑麦草种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

通过土培实验研究了不同浓度Cu污染对两种草坪草种子萌发、幼苗生长的影响以及植物对Cu的富积.结果表明:Cu抑制两种草坪草种子的萌发和幼苗生长,并且随着污染物浓度增大抑制作用增强,呈负相关.两种革对Cu的吸收随污染物浓度增大而增加,并且吸收量根部>地上部分.Cu污染对两种草萌发的影响无明显差异,但对其生物量的影响不同,对高羊茅鲜重及干重的抑制作用>黑麦草.两种草地上部分Cu吸收量相当,根部Cu吸收量则为黑麦草>高羊茅.
Effects of Cu on Germination and Seedling Growth of Festuca arundinacea L. and Lolium perenne L.
The effect in Cu of different concentrations on germination, seedling growth, and accumulative ability of Cu of Festuca arundinacea L. and Lolium perenne L. was studied by means of soil cultivation experiment. The results showed that germination and seedling growth had negative correlation with the increase in the concentrations of Cu,namely the inhibition strengthened. With an increased in Cu concentration, the content of Cu in plant was enhanced distinctly, and Cu content in root was more than in shoot. Under Cu treatment, there was no distinct difference between germination of two kinds of turfgrass, but the effect on their biomass was different, and the inhibition of Cu treatment to Festuca arundinacea L. was more than Lolium perenne L. The content of Cu in root of Festuca arundinacea L. was less than it in root of Lolium perenne L., but the content of Cu in plant of Festuca arundinacea L. was as much as it in plant of Lolium perenne L.
