The Relativities of Cu, Zn, Fe and Mn in Purple Soil Determined with ASI and Conventional Method
Microelement Cu,Zn,Fe and Mn in 128 purple soil samples were measured by method ASI and conventional methods. Result shows that the correlation of available Cu,Zn,Fe and Mn measured by method ASI was significant with conventional method respectively. In acid soil ,the content of Cu,Zn,Fe and Mn measured by two menthods were correlated markedly; only Cu and Fe were correlative markedly in neutral and calcareous soils. The result of potted plant showed that Cu,Zn and Mn extracted by method ASI were treated as available nutrient credibly. As concerned Fe, correlation between capacity of absorption and content in soil extracted by the two methods was not remarkable.
