玉米与姜间作对土壤微生物和酶活性的影响

研究了玉米与姜间作的不同栽培方式对土壤微生物数量和酶活性的影响.结果表明,因栽培方式的不同,土壤中微生物数量和酶活性变化的趋势也不尽相同,间作栽培方式下的土壤微生物数量和酶活性均显著地高于单作玉米.在2.00 m、2.33 m、2.67 m和3.00 m的四种不同畦宽的栽培方式中,畦宽为2.33 m栽培方式下土壤中的酶活性最高.相关性分析表明,土壤微生物数量与土壤酶活性呈正相关,其中,放线菌数量与过氧化氢酶活性呈显著的正相关关系.
Effects of Maize and Ginger Intercropping on the Soil Microorganisms and Enzyme Activities
Effects of maize and ginger intercropping on the soil microorganisms and enzyme activities were researched.The results showed that the changes of the soil microorganisms and enzyme activities were different with the different culture modes. The soil microorganisms, enzyme activities in maize and ginger intercropping modes were significantly higher than those of maize monoculture. Among different planting modes (2.00 m, 2.33 m, 2.67 m and 3.00 m), the soil enzyme activities of 2.33 m planting mode was the highest. The correlation analysis showed that the amount of the soil microorganisms was positively correlated to the soil enzyme activities, and that of actinomyces was significantly correlated to catalase activities.
