The Different Treatments Organic Phosphorus Fractions and Its Contribution to AP in Ponds
The sediments and overlying water were placed under room experimental environment. Five treatments were taken: zeolite, enzyme inhibitor, microbe, zeolite and enzyme inhibitor, zeolite and microbe. Organic phosphorus fractions, available-P in the sediments and available-P in the overlying water were analyzed before and after cultured. The results showed that the order of organic phosphorus fractions in two ponds was MLOP >MROP > HROP >LOP. The contents of LOP and MLOP decreased the most in microbe treatment and control, but they decreased the less in enzyme inhibitor. The contents of MROP increased in microbe, zeolite and microbe, but decreased in other treatments. The contents of HROP almost remained unchangeable in all treatments. The sediments in two ponds performed the same principle on the contributions to the phosphorus of overlying water: MLOP contributed most, followed by LOP, and MROP while HROP had no contribution. In the overlying water and the sediments, available phosphorus were positively correlated with LOP, MLOP and insignificantly correlated with HROP and MROP. The direct path coefficient index of the available phosphorus affected by organic phosphorus, which existed in sediments and overlying water, were MLOP> LOP> HROP> MROP.
