氮肥种类和用量对川西蒙山春茶产量和品质的影响

Effect of Different Kinds and Rate of Nitrogen Fertilizers on the Field and Quality of Mengshan Spring Tea

以四川雅安蒙山茶园土壤和四川省名山县当地选育的4年生蒙选131为试验材料,利用盆栽试验探讨了不同种类氮肥、用量对川两蒙山春茶产量和品质的影响.结果表明:三种类型氮肥均在0.50 g kg~(-1)土时增产效果最明显,其中,碳酸氢铵效果最好,能达到对照的2.91倍.三种类型氮肥对春茶茶多酚、咖啡碱、游离氨基酸和可溶性糖含量都有较大影响,0.50g kg~(-1)土的碳酸氢铵能显著降低春茶中的茶多酚含量,提高春茶中的游离氨基酸总量、咖啡碱和可溶性糖含量,是提高春茶产量和品质最理想的氮肥种类和用量.
A pot experiment was carried out on the soil of tea garden in Mengshang mountain of ya'an with the local-cativated tea named Mengxuan 131 to evaluate the effect of different types and ratio of nitrogen fertilizers on the yield and quality of spring tea in west Sichuan. The results indicated that three types of nitrogen fertilizers could promote the yield of tea and the yield was the highest when the dosage was 0.50 g kg~(-1). Ammonium bicarbonate was the most effective in promoting yield and reached 2.91 folds compared with the CK treatment. Three types of nitrogen fertilizers all have effects on the content of amino acid, tea polyphone, calcine and soluble sugar. Ammonium bicarbonate significantly reduced the content of tea polyphone and promoted the content of amino acid, calcine and soluble sugar when the dosage of nitrogen fertilizer was 0.50 g kg. This meant that Ammonium bicarbonate was the best ideal type of nitrogen fertilizer in promoting the yield and quality of Mengshan spring tea when dosage was 0.50 g kg~(-1).
