Characteristics of Soil Available Microelements Content of Picea crassifolia Forest in the Qilian Mountains
This study took a 1 ha Picea crassifolia forest plot of Dayekou basin in Qilian Mountains as the research object.Using the profile sampling and laboratory analysis methods,we analyzed the contents, density sizes, availability indexes and the correlations of microelements such as Zn,Mn,Cu,Fe,B along the soil profile,as well as the soil organic matter,pH and rapid available phosphorus. The results were as follows.(1) The order of the average content of soil available microelements in different soil profile was Fe > Mn > Cu > B > Zn.Soil available microelements obviously gathered in the soil surface. The contents of Zn,Mn,Cu,Fe,B in 0 ~ 60 cm soil profile were respectively (0.52 ± 0.27) mg kg-1,(6.26 ± 1.76) mg kg-1,(2.44 ± 0.98) mg kg-1,(94.69 ± 25.48) mg kg-1,(2.19 ± 0.70) mg kg-1.(2) The density of Zn,Mn,Cu,Fe and B in 0 ~ 60 cm soil profile was (2.21 ± 1.27) mg m-2,(26.24 ± 7.64) mg m-2,(11.50 ± 6.41) mg m-2,(447.78 ± 178.04) mg m-2 and (9.76 ± 3.32) mg m-2,respectively.The order of effective index ranked as Fe > B > Cu > Mn > Zn.And effective indexes of Fe,B and Cu were greater than 1,and those of Zn and Mn were less than 1.(3) The contents of soil organic matter had a highly significant and significantly positive correlation with Zn,Mn,Cu,Fe,B and other available microelements. The pH value of soil had a highly significant and significantly negative correlation with Zn,Mn,Cu,Fe,B and other available microelements, rapid available phosphorus only were very significantly positive correlation with B.Soil organic matter and pH had an important influence on soil available microelements contents.
