Analysis of Inter-root Microbiota of Improved Camellia oleifera Varieties in Hunan Province
[Objective]The aims were to figure out the inter-root microbiota characteristics of Camellia oleifera varieties and screen out the key differential microflora in Hunan Province, which could provide an information for the development of soil biofertilizers in C.oleifera forests.[Methods]High throughput sequencing technology and OTU analysis were used to characterize the inter-root microbiota of C.oleifera varieties'Huashuo'(HS),'Huaxin'(HX),'Xianglin 210'(XL210),and CK.The physicochemical and enzyme activity properties of C.oleifera inter-root soils were also determined. The relationship between soil factors and inter-root microorganisms was investigated by redundancy analysis(RDA)and screened out the core flora in C.oleifera.[Results]① The order of the number of inter-root microorganisms in C.oleifera varieties was HS>HX>XL210>CK.Fe,Cu,TOC,ammonium nitrogen, and β-glucosidase were the main factors affecting the diversity of soil bacteria.Total potassium, electrical conductivity, and phytase were the main factors affecting the diversity of soil fungi.② Microorganisms with significant differences among different C.oleifera varieties were Microscillaceae,Natipusillaceae,unclassified_c_Leotiomycetes.[Conclusion]These differential microorganisms could be used as the core candidate members, and laid an foundation for development of the soil biofungus fertilizer in C.oleifera forests.
