摘要
物体摩擦表面上的物质,由于表面相对运动而不断损失的现象称磨损.在一般正常工作状态下,磨损可分三个阶段:磨合阶段、稳定磨损阶段、剧烈磨损阶段.电刷是电机中极为重要的部件,它在电机的固定部件与旋转部件之间传导电流,在直流电机或交流整流子电机中还起换向作用.本文讨论了电刷磨损机理和寿命的计算方法,认为采用Simpson三点式进行电刷使用寿命评估的方法比较简单易行.还可以分析评价电刷的工作状况,一旦在运行中出现故障,还可帮助分析故障原因.
Abstract
The loss of materials owing to the relatively moving on the object's surfaces iscalled abrasion.In normal condition,the abrasion is considered as three periods:grinding-in period;steady abrasion period and sharply abrasion period.Carbon brushes which transmit the electrical current from a static to a rotating part in a motor or generator are the key parts of the machines,and play a role of commutation in the DC motor.This paper discusses the mechanism of the abrasion and theway to calculate the life time of carbon brushes,and draws the conclusion that "Simpson three point" method is feasible as well as can be used to estimate the working condition of carbon brushes so that we can find the reason when the faults occur.
