中间相炭微球作为锂离子电池负极材料,因其生产成本高、克容量低的缺点,已经逐渐被市场淘汰,被针状焦、石油焦和人造石墨所替代.但国内已建成中间相炭微球生产装置的企业不低于10家,且几乎全部采用热聚合法工艺.为避免资源浪费,根据中间相炭微球装置的生产工艺特点,对其进行简单的改造升级,可生产用于石墨电极、预焙阳极的优质改质沥青,进而改变装置用途,盘活装置.

As a negative electrode material for lithium-ion batteries,mesophase carbon microspheres have gradually been phased out in the market due to their high production cost and low capacity,and have been replaced by needle coke,petroleum coke,and artificial graphite.However,there are no less than 10 enterprises in China that have established intermediate phase carbon microsphere production facilities,and almost all of them use thermal polymerization technology.To avoid resource waste,based on the production process characteristics of the intermediate phase carbon microsphere device,a simple transformation and upgrading can be carried out to produce high-quality modified asphalt for graphite electrodes and pre baked anodes,thereby changing the use of the device and activating it.
