摘要
摩擦是一个复杂多变的过程,机械用碳石墨材料是重要的动摩擦密封和轴承材料,机械用碳石墨材料领域的动摩擦研究就是一个非常复杂的过程,并不是所有的碳石墨材料都具备应付复杂工况的能力和优秀的摩擦性能,机械用碳材料动摩擦学理论还在探讨和建立之中.本文结合碳石墨材料的基本结构分析,用大量的摩擦实验数据,旨在探讨机械用碳的结构与其摩擦性能之间的关系,为材料的选型提供技术参考.
Abstract
Friction is a complex process,especially for carbon graphite materials.Not all carbon graphite materials can cope with complex states and have excellent friction performance.The theory of dynamic friction in mechanical carbon materials is still being explored and established.This article uses the basic structure analysis of carbon graphite materials and a large amount of friction experimental data to explore the relationship between the structure of mechanical carbon and its friction performance,providing technical reference for material selection.
