本文通过直接热解煤液化沥青制备了钠离子电池用负极碳,探讨了碳化温度对沥青碳结构和储钠性能的影响.研究表明,随着碳化温度由600℃增升高至900 ℃,所得沥青碳的石墨层间距逐渐减小.缺陷含量先增加后降低,储钠容量也呈先增后减的趋势.当碳化温度为700 ℃时,所得负极碳PC-700具有最优的储钠性能,在0.1 C下,PC-700的可逆放电比容量达到285.4 mAh g-1.在2 C下循环1000次后,PC-700仍具有122.7 mAh g-1的放电比容量,容量保持率达到94.7%.
Influence of carbonization temperature on sodium storage performance of the coal liquefied pitch-based carbon
Carbon materials for negative electrodes of sodium ion batteries were prepared by direct pyrolysis of coal liquefaction asphalt,and the influence of pyrolysis temperature on the microstructure and sodium storage performance of the as-prepared asphalt-based carbon was investigated.Research has shown that as the carbonization temperature increases from 600 ℃ to 900 ℃,the interlayer spacing of the obtained asphalt-based carbon gradually decreases.The defect concentration first increases and then decreases,and the sodium storage capacity also shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.When the carbonization temperature is 700 ℃,the obtained carbon PC-700 has the superior sodium storage performance.At 0.1 C,the reversible discharge specific capacity of PC-700 reaches 285.4 mAh g-1.After 1000 cycles at 2 C,PC-700 still has a discharge specific capacity of 122.7 mAh g-1,with a capacity retention rate of 94.7%.
