碳纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料抗烧蚀研究进展

碳纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料(CFRCMCs)在高温、有氧环境下的易氧化和易烧蚀问题,严重制约该材料在航空航天领域的广泛应用.表面涂层与基体改性技术是提高该材料抗烧蚀性能的有效手段.综述了目前难熔金属碳化物和硼化物,如SiC,ZrC,TaC,HfC,ZrB2,HfB2等,CFRCMCs表面涂层与基体改性技术的研究进展,并提出了 CFRCMCs表面涂层与基体改性研究中存在的问题及今后潜在的发展方向.
Research progress on erosion resistance of carbon fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites
Carbon fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites(CFRCMCs)are easily oxidized and ablated in high temperature and aerobic environment,which seriously restricts the wide application of CFRCMCS in aerospace field.Surface coating and matrix modification technologies are effective means to improve the ablation resistance of this material.This paper reviews the current research progress of surface coating and matrix modification technologies for CFRCMCs of refractory metal carbides and borides,such as SiC,ZrC,TaC,HfC,ZrB2,HfB2,etc.,and presents the existing problems and potential future development directions in the research of surface coating and matrix modification of CFRCMCs.
