通过对相关文献的分析发现,目前国内对图书馆营销的研究主要集中在图书馆是否需要营销、图书馆如何营销及国外图书馆营销经验的介绍等方面。值得注意的是,在关于图书馆营销的研究中,人们似乎忽视了对营销评估的研究。复旦大学图书馆于2009年5月开展了"2009图书馆宣传推广活动"系列营销活动,并对营销活动的效果和营销方案进行了较为全面的评估。
Study on the Evaluation of Library Marketing Activities
Through the analysis of literatures, authors find that the research on the library marketing focused on the demand of library marketing, on the library how to marketing, and on the marketing experience in foreign libraries, and so on. It is noteworthy that studies of library marketing seem to ovedook the evaluation of library marketing. Fudan University Library launched a series of marketing activities, such as "Library Promotion Activities in 2009" in May 2009, and evaluated the effect of marketing activities and marketing programs comprehensively.
