Investigation and Analysis on the Perceived Organization Support of University Librarians
The investigation into the perceived organization support of university librarians in Shaanxi province from the dimension of the procedural equity level,superior＇s support level and organizational approval level shows that the perceived organization support is important for the human resource management of libraries,but university librarians are lack of the perceived organization support in China.Therefore,university libraries should promote the perceived organization support of librarians through carrying out positive support measures,adopting personalized support means,improving the procedural equity,constructing the good support environment,and so on.
