International Society and Epistemic Community:the Birth of the IFLA
The formation of the IFLA directs a common international organization for library academies in different nations,strengthening the communication of knowledge and technology between each other and promoting the construction of standardization,profession alization,and specialization.Three factors,including technology,thinking,and individual,affect the formation of IFLA.The development of modern library careers leads to many common issues in library academies in different countries,creating the need to consult and cooperate.In turn,it forms an objective need for IFLA.In thinking sides,WWI helps people realize the importance of mutual understanding.The feature of the supernation of international origination is the public concern.Therefore,the IFLA has been endowed by people with the function of peace.Mr.Henriot finally finished the concretized process of IFLAs concept,which significantly affected the birth and function of IFLA.
