Analysis on the Service Model of Smart Library Based on Johari Window
With the development of smart libraries being included in the national development plan, further clarifying the concept and service model of smart libraries is conducive to promoting the construction of the national smart library system. From a human centered perspective, combined with social epistemology and the Johari Window model,it can be found that the user needs of smart libraries include"known known"needs,"known unknown"needs,"unknown known"needs, and"unknown unknown"needs.A people-centered smart library can provide smart services and promote the leap of user intelligence. The breakthrough in achieving smart services lies in the development of"unknown known"and"unknown unknown"services,as well as the transformation from"unknown"to"known"states.Future smart services should focus more on solving users'problems of"not knowing what they don't know"and"not knowing what they know".
