Research on the Coordinated Development of Libraries,Archives and Museums(LAM)under the Background of National Cultural Digitization Strategy
Currently,the four key elements for the collaborative development of Libraries,Archives and Museums(LAM)in China are resource collaboration,service collaboration,technology collaboration,and governance collaboration.Based on the analysis of"Opinions on Promoting the Implementation of the National Cultural Digitalization Strategy",it can be found that the theoretical characteristics of the national cultural digitization strategy are to revitalize China's cultural resources at the basic level;at the technical level,activate emerging technology drivers;at the service level,innovate cultural service forms;at the governance level,improve the overall scheduling ability.Under the guidance of the Opinions,the logical connection point between the national cultural digitization strategy and the coordinated development of LAM is to optimize the resource integration of LAM at the basic level,promote the technology sharing of LAM at the technical level,open up a service field of LAM at the service level,and improve the coordinated guarantee of LAM at the governance level.The path of collaborative development of LAM can be explored in the following aspects:accelerating the improvement of circulation standards and optimizing the resource integration model;creating a unified service platform and promoting the sharing of technical facilities;opening up new service scenarios and integrating related cultural business forms;building a dynamic and static integration system and continuously enhancing governance capabilities.
