英国研究型图书馆联盟发布的《2022-2025年战略》主旨核心在于服务科研;愿景是将英国研究型图书馆联盟打造成在业界和学界公认的有影响力的领导者;使命是助力研究型图书馆议程的制定和知识经济的更广泛发展;职能包括召集、代表、支持、倡导、合作;围绕"图书馆转型"的五大工作策略为"研究型图书馆的角色""数字转型""开放学术""文化和遗产""集体馆藏";未来工作所要遵循的主题为"平等性、多样性和包容性""权利、版权和许可""基础设施".结合国内图书馆发展实际,我国研究型图书馆应以战略规划高位引领图书馆高质量发展,以服务创新推进图书馆开放获取升级,以数字转型优化馆藏资源建设,以发展联盟探索图书馆集体馆藏建设路径.
Abstract
The main thrust of the 2022-2025 Strategy released by the Research Libraries UK(RLUK)is to serve scientific research;the vision is to build RLUK into an influential leader recognized by the industry and academia;the mission is to help the development of research library agenda and knowledge economy;the functions include convening,representing,supporting,advocating and cooperating;the five working strategies around"library transformation"are"the role of research library","digital transformation","open learning","culture and heritage"and"collective collection";the themes to be followed in future work are"equality,diversity and inclusiveness","rights,copyright and licensing"and"infrastructure".In combination with the actual development of domestic libraries,research libraries in Chinese should lead the high-quality development of libraries with high strategic planning,promote the upgrading of library open access with service innovation,optimize the construction of collection resources with digital transformation,and explore the path of collective collection construction of libraries with development alliances.
