摘要
识别智慧图书馆信息服务的智慧化特征,可以为优化图书馆服务和技术应用模式提供参考依据,推动智慧图书馆的建设与智慧服务能力的提升.筛选智慧图书馆研究领域近10年的文献,识别并梳理出与图书馆智慧服务相关的研究主题,可以发现国内智慧图书馆信息服务研究在不同的阶段研究内容侧重点有所不同:2014-2015年聚焦服务模式智慧化,2015-2020年侧重技术应用智慧化,2020-2023年更加关注生态体系智慧化.基于文献分析及扎根理论,智慧图书馆信息服务7项智慧化要素为数智化技术升级与应用、多类型资源整合与共享、全场景数据获取与利用、服务空间智能化、服务内容多元化、知识服务精准化、集体智慧激发.智慧图书馆信息服务转型的发展趋势包括智慧服务内容多元协同、知识服务效能提质升级、智慧服务空间创新再造、馆员用户智慧强化激发、保障管理机制健全完善.
Abstract
Identifying the smart features of information services in smart libraries can provide reference basis for optimizing library services and technology application models,promoting the construction of smart libraries and the enhancement of smart service capabilities.By screening literature in the field of smart library research over the past decade,identifying and sorting out research topics related to library smart services,it can be found that the focus of research on smart library information services in China varies at different stages:from 2014 to 2015,the focus was on smart service model,from 2015 to 2020,the focus was on smart technology application,and from 2020 to 2023,more attention was paid to smart ecosystem.Based on literature analysis and grounded theory,the seven smart elements of information services in smart libraries include upgrading and applying digital technology,integrating and sharing multiple types of resources,obtaining and utilizing full scenario data,intelligentizing service spaces,diversifying service content,providing precise knowledge services,and stimulating collective intelligence.The development trend of the transformation of information services in smart libraries includes diversiflied collaboration of smart service content,improvement and upgrading of knowledge service efficiency,innovation and reconstruction of smart service space,strengthening and stimulating the intelligence of librarians and users,and improving the guarantee management mechanism.
