基于通用人工智能的公共图书馆服务的优化与创新
Optimization and Innovation of Public Library Service Based on Artificial General Intelligence

摘要
现阶段公共图书馆的局限性为:自然语言的理解与生成方面的技术局限;图书馆信息服务与用户的知识服务需求之间的矛盾;公共图书馆服务与社会其他资源的脱节;信息服务粒度过大.通用人工智能(AGI)的出现为解决这些问题提供了新的技术手段,有助于构建更灵活、高效和用户友好的图书馆智能服务解决方案.基于AGI的公共图书馆服务在服务层次上可以实现从信息或知识服务到智慧服务的过渡,在服务内容上可以突破现有的单一语言或双语言服务模式,实现跨语言或多语种信息服务,在服务形态上,且可以促使无障碍智慧服务、用户数字孪生、图书馆虚拟数字人等多个服务形态的出现.基于AGI的图书馆学研究在研究范式上会从以人为主的图书馆服务转型为以机器为主的图书馆服务,在研究侧重点上会从信息的"存"与"取"向信息的"关联"与"洞见"拓展,在分析方法上会从描述性分析过渡到指导性分析.
Abstract
The limitations of public libraries at the present stage are:technical limitations in the understanding and generation of natural language;contradiction between library information services and users'needs for knowledge services;disconnection between public library services and other resources in society;and excessive granularity of information services.The emergence of generalized artificial intelligence(AGI)provides a new technical means to solve these problems and helps to build more flexible,efficient and user-friendly solutions for intelligent library services.AGI-based public library services can realize the transition from information or knowledge services to intelligent services at the service level,break through the existing single-language or bi-lingual service model to realize cross-lingual or multi-language information services at the service content,and prompt the emergence of multiple service forms such as accessible intelligent services,readers'digital twins,and virtual digital people in libraries at the service form.AGI-based librarianship research will transform from human-oriented library service to machine-oriented library service in terms of research paradigm,and focus on information from"storage"and"retrieval"to"association"and"insight"of information.In terms of research focus,it will expand from information"storage"and"retrieval"to information"connection"and"insight",and in terms of analytical method,it will transition from descriptive analysis to instructive analysis.
