Research on Service Strategies of Libraries Based on the Formation Mechanism of Disinformation
In this study,the original research data collected in the form of semi-structured interview and in-depth interview are coded and processed,and the formation mechanism and operation rules of disinformation are systematically explained by using the qualitative research methods of phenomenology.The research results show that the behavior subject is the internal motivation and social situation is the eternal motivation,and behavior object is the indirect factor and information media is the technical factor during the process of how disinformation spreads among users.Based on this discovery,libraries should enhance their study of disinformation,promote their users'information literacy,introduce the information technology monitoring mechanism,and improve their information services.At the same time,efforts are suggested to be dedicated to screening and monitoring online information transmission and purifying the users'online information environment.
