On the Strategy of the Publicity Value of Reading Promotion Service in the Smart Society
Based on the theory of publicity,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the"Ex-Book"reading promotion service brand project of Foshan Library from four aspects:public participation,public welfare services,resource sharing,and social equity.And based on this,a public practice path for reading promotion services from the perspective of a smart society is proposed,which includes strengthening technological empowerment,narrowing the digital divide,and eliminating knowledge monopoly;strengthening cultural empowerment,promoting cultural sharing,and building a cultural power;emphasizing platform empowerment,facilitating public participation,and practicing public spirit;strengthening brand empowerment,condensing cultural identity,and carrying forward the feelings of family and country,so as to provide reference for the high-quality development of library reading promotion services in the new era.
