The technological opportunities brought by ChatGPT will provide new ideas for the transformation of library knowledge services.GPT-like technologies have the ability of sentiment analysis,data organization,knowledge reasoning,and digital guidance,which can bring certain improvements to traditional reference consultation,disciplinary knowledge,intelligence services,and education and training services in the library.When promoting knowledge service business,libraries should enhance the ability to gather and organize multi-source and multimodal information,build a dialogue based generative academic search engine,promote the integration of information retrieval language and artificial intelligence,enhance the logical reasoning ability of natural language models,actively embrace generation technologies such as artificial intelligence,and improve the library's own level of intelligent knowledge service.
