Research on the Image Perception of Chinese"Double First-Class"Universities Libraries
By collecting online comment data from social media platforms,using TF-IDF keyword extraction,LDA topic clustering algorithm combined with ROST CM6 and sentiment analysis for text mining,the overall perception of the image of Chinese"Double First-Class"university libraries by users was studied.It was found that Chinese"Double First-Class"university libraries are relatively positive in user perception,but there are also shortcomings and deficiencies;some"Double First-Class"university libraries do not have corresponding user feedback platforms or lack management and attention,and lack direct communication and interaction with users.In terms of specifiic image,users have a higher evaluation of the image of"Double First-Class"university library collections and cultural image,while their evaluation of management image,service image,spatial image,and infrastructure image is relatively low.In response to the above issues,Chinese"Double First-Class"university libraries should develop building spaces with the core principles of"building future learning centers"and"building smart spaces".They should also coordinate literature and information resources with the main goal of optimizing the collection system and integrating and restructuring the organization,carry out diversified and three-dimensional services oriented to the expansion of information services and the improvement of user satisfaction,improve the management pattern with the strategy of digital transformation and high-quality development for the future,and take up the mission of cultural inheritance and realize it by means of literacy and activity empowerment.
