摘要
通过应用访谈法和扎根理论的方法,揭示乡村公共数字文化服务对数字包容的作用因素和内在机理发现,其构建的作用模型包括服务、作用和能力3个维度,以及设施利用、资源利用、服务利用、资源赋权、交流赋权、认知赋权、访问能力、使用能力和数字能力9个要素.乡村公共数字文化服务的利用有助于在资源、交流和认知方面赋权以用户,促使其平等获取与访问、有能力使用数字技术,并将其应用至数字生活中以获得收益.基于访谈文本中体现的乡村公共数字文化服务特征,发现在乡村公共数字文化服务促进数字包容的过程中,乡村公共数字文化服务应致力于乡村用户访问能力、使用能力和数字能力的提升,从而能够促进乡村公共数字文化服务均等化实现、增强农民群体数字福祉.
Abstract
Using interview methods and grounded theory,this study reveals the factors and underlying mechanisms of rural public digital cultural services on digital inclusion.The constructed model includes three dimensions:service,role,and capability,as well as nine elements:facility utilization,resource utilization,service utilization,resource empowerment,communication empowerment,cognitive empowerment,access ability,usage ability,and digital capability.The utilization of rural public digital cultural services helps empower users in terms of resources,communication,and cognition,promoting their equal access and ability to use digital technology,and applying it to digital life for benefits.Based on the characteristics of rural public digital cultural services reflected in the interview text,it is found that in the process of promoting digital inclusion in rural public digital cultural services,efforts should be made to improve the access,usage,and digital capabilities of rural users.Thus,it can promote the equalization of rural public digital cultural services and enhance the digital well-being of farmers.
