Based on the relevant research on information disclosure quality evaluation,taking government portal websites as the research object,a government emergency information disclosure quality evaluation system is constructed based on the dimensional framework of information quality.Combining with the special situation of emergency public health events,a questionnaire survey is conducted to collect the public's ratings of the importance of various indicators,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to assign weights to understand the importance of various evaluation indicators from the public perspective.From a public perspective,a quality evaluation model for emergency information disclosure suitable for sudden public health emergencies was established.It was found that timely transmission of information to the public is the best choice for the government to effectively respond to sudden public health emergencies;the government should keep up with changes in the situation of events and continuously disclose relevant information to society.
