The development of the public cultural service system has profound significance for effectively safeguarding the basic cultural rights and interests of the people and promoting the process of social spiritual civilization construction.The development of China's public cultural service system during the"15th Five-Year Plan"period should be based on the new challenges of technological revolution,the new normal of population development,the new national development strategy,and the new changes in the international environment.Currently,based on the development difficulties such as low service quality and efficiency,and insufficient reciprocity,China's public cultural services should be improved in the following aspects:strengthening the supply of public cultural services,promoting common prosperity in spiritual life;innovating public cultural service methods to alleviate the difficulty of connecting supply and demand;expanding public cultural service scenarios and empowering urban and rural spatial expansion and quality improvement;coordinating the construction of public culture and consolidating the foundation of grassroots talent teams.
