将用户体验地图作为一种工具融入公共图书馆文创体验服务中,有助于深入理解用户在文创体验服务中不同阶段的痛点和需求点,从而提升公共图书馆文创体验服务效能、促进公共图书馆文旅融合高质量发展.公共图书馆文创体验服务的用户体验地图应用框架,包括用户画像构建、服务流程梳理、用户信息采集、全局用户体验地图、局部用户体验地图5个部分,以安徽省某公共图书馆为例,进行实地研究可以发现,该应用框架能够多角度挖掘用户在体验过程中的情绪变化与真实需求,为丰富特定服务场景下公共图书馆用户体验研究、提升公共图书馆文创体验服务质量提供了工具借鉴和有益参考.
Research on the Application of User Experience Map in Public Library Cultural and Creative Experience Service under the Background of Cultural and Tourism Integration
Integrating user experience maps as a tool into public library cultural and creative experience services can help to gain a deeper understanding of the pain points and needs of users at different stages of cultural and creative experience services,thereby improving the efficiency of public library cultural and creative experience services and promoting high-quality development of cultural and tourism integration in public libraries.The user experience map application framework for public library cultural and creative experience services includes five parts:user portrait construction,service process sorting,user information collection,global user experience map,and local user experience map.Taking a public library in Anhui Province as an example,field research shows that this application framework can explore users'emotional changes and real needs in the experience process from multiple perspectives,providing tools and useful references for enriching the research on public library user experience in specific service scenarios and improving the quality of public library cultural and creative experience services.
