Research on the High-Quality Development of University Libraries Under the New Development Philosophy
This article, guided by dialectical thinking, explores the main contradictions faced by university libraries in achieving high-quality development under the new development philosophy of innovation, coordination, green, openness, and sharing. The contradiction mainly lies in the compatibility levels between the comprehensive capabilities of library resource integration,pro-fessional competence, and service innovation, and the diverse needs in university's development process, including talent culti-vation,professional construction, scientific research, and cultural confidence. Therefore, the study suggests that university libraries should adopt a holistic perspective and employ five development strategies rooted in the new development philosophy:comprehensive transformation of innovative concepts, integrated development of coordinating concepts, ecological harmony of green concepts, collaborative assistance of open concepts, and value universality of sharing concepts. This approach aims to comprehensively achieve high-quality development in the future transformations and reforms.
