文章以中国知网和Web of Science收录的学科知识服务研究文献为数据源,采用文献计量分析和内容分析法,利用Citespace、Bicomb、SPSS软件对国内外学科知识服务相关文献进行分析.经分析得出当前国内外学科知识服务的研究主题、研究发展、研究领域以及研究热点,并基于上述四个方面的分析揭示国内外学科知识服务在行为模式挖掘、研究数据管理、服务工具开发、用户隐私保护方面存在的差异,以为学科知识服务创新发展提供支持和参考.
Analysis of the Research Status of Subject Knowledge Service in University Libraries at Home and Abroad:Visualized Econometric Analysis Based on Citespace and Bicomb
This article utilizes literature metrics and content analysis on research papers related to discipline knowledge service collected from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science.Through the application of Citespace,Bicomb,and SPSS software,the study analyzes the current themes,development,fields,and hot topics in domestic and international discipline knowledge service literature.The analysis reveals differences in research behavior pattern mining,research data management,service tool development,and user privacy protection in the field of discipline knowledge service between domestic and international contexts.The findings aim to provide support and reference for the innovative development of discipline knowledge service.
