Technological Paths for Cultural Heritage Protection and Multidisciplinary Participa-tion:Insights into Related Discipline Construction in the Context of New Humanities
The article focuses on the mainstream path of technological protection of cultural heritage,starting from the texts of cultural heritage science and technology action plans and practical projects in cultural heritage protection and technological innovation.It summarizes the positioning of technological innovation in the national strategy for cultural heritage protection and its development goals and directions,and explores the interdisciplinary participation and integration in practical projects.The study finds consensus on the supporting role of technological innovation and the importance of digital technology in the field of cultural heritage protection,with particular emphasis on the significance of interdisciplinary talent cultivation.The current interdisciplinary participation and integration in practice mainly include two types:science and engineering disciplines leading with humanities as auxiliary,and explicit division of labor between science and engineering and humanities.Based on the above analysis,the article discusses the implications of disciplinary participation and interdisciplinary integration in technological innovation for the construction of related disciplines in the context of new humanities in China.It proposes that cultural heritage protection is an ideal field for practicing the construction of new humanities,and that current information resource management is the best basis for constructing related new humanities disciplines.
