Analysis and Research on Local Legislation of Urban Reading Room in China
Urban reading room,as a new type of public cultural reading space,has experienced rapid development in recent years,while the legislative work related is still in its early stage.This article analyzes the current situation,forms,and contents of local legislation on urban reading rooms in China through literature,internet,and database research.It points out issues such as the improvement need for the overall progress of legislation,the evident soft law attributes,the need to highlight local characteristics,and the necessity for enhancing relevant content.The article proposes measures including consolidating existing legislative achievements,designing supporting systems,basing legislation on local realities,and improving forms and contents.These measures aim to promote the overall improvement of local legislation on urban reading rooms,provide legal guarantees for the high-quality development of urban reading rooms,and contribute to the construction of the public cultural service system.
