Research on the Enhancement of Digital Literacy for Public Cultural Service Personnel in the Context of Digital Transformation
Adaptability to digital literacy has become a core element of public cultural service in the digital age.Building upon a clear understanding of the conceptualization and value implications of digital literacy for public cultural service personnel,this article,based on the iceberg model theory and onion model theory,constructs a gyro model for the digital literacy of public cultural service personnel at the macro level,focusing on four dimensions:"digital awareness,digital skills,digital capabilities,and digital responsibilities."At the micro level,the article attempts to analyze the core indicator elements and proposes a path-way for enhancing the digital literacy of public cultural service personnel,aiming to effectively improve their digital literacy.
