The Practice and Enlightenment of Rural Public Cultural Space in Promoting Rural Revitalization:Field Investigation of Rural Library in Yangtian Village,Liuyang City,Hunan Province,China
The rural library is an important part of the construction of public cultural spaces in rural areas,and it has significant practical significance and social value for optimizing the construction of public cultural spaces in rural areas and promoting rural revitalization.This article mainly uses field survey and literature research method,taking the example of the rural library in Yangtian Village,Liuyang City,and using the framework of the five major rural revitalization strategies,with public cultural space as the entry point.It reveals the achievements of the rural library in Yangtian Village in promoting rural revitalization from aspects such as promoting industry with culture,educating people with culture,shaping the soul with culture,beautifying the society with culture,and benefiting the people with culture.It focuses on describing the practical experience of promoting rural revitalization through the rural library in terms of specialization,effectiveness,integration,and vitality,aiming to provide reference samples and experiences for responding to the rural revitalization strategy of public cultural spaces in rural areas in China.
