Measurement and Regional Difference Analysis of Public Digital Cultural Service Effi-ciency in Central and Western China
The article refines the public digital cultural service efficiency testing framework and constructs an indicator system from the perspective of"input-output".It measures the efficiency and dynamic change trends of public digital cultural service in the central and western regions of China from 2012 to 2021 based on panel data,and further examines regional differences.Through summarizing the differences,the study proposes countermeasures to further improve the efficiency of public digital cultural services in the central and western regions of China and explore collaborative improvement paths.These countermeasures include optimizing resource allocation to achieve efficient development of public digital cultural services,leveraging technological leadership to accelerate innovative development of public digital cultural services,and implementing collaborative development to reduce regional differences in public digital cultural services.
