From"Digital"to"Digitally-enabled":Industry Planning for Intelligent Transforma-tion of Public Libraries
The article selects the regional development plan of the public library industry and the standard specification text of the smart library,counts the text content containing the word"transformation"and its frequency,and then analyzes the basic framework and development system of the smart transformation of public libraries.The research results show that the smart transformation of public libraries mainly manifests in the dimensions of document resources,user services,spatial scenes,and technological applications.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the document guarantee system by constructing a resource document port,expand user reading scenes by integrating space with reality,shape overall cultural value through service integration design,and accelerate the process of smart transformation through the governance of technological tools.
