Research on the Behavior,Satisfaction,and Willingness to Continue Participating in Public Library Volunteer Activities:Taking Changsha Library as an Example
The article investigates and analyzes the motivation,satisfaction,and willingness to continue participating in volunteer services of public library volunteers through questionnaire surveys and interview research methods.The study found that the cur-rent volunteers'participation motivation and satisfaction are closely related to their willingness to continue participating.The willingness of volunteers to continue participating is directly influenced by factors such as library volunteer service management,content,training,rights,and incentives.Therefore,methods and strategies to enhance volunteers'willingness to continue participating are proposed,including volunteer guidance,content innovation,training mechanisms,incentive mechanisms,and rights protection.
