Conceptual Framework of Cultural Leadership and Cultivation of Cultural Leaders in China
The cultivation of cultural talents,especially cultural leaders,is a fundamental and crucial work in the cultural field.Firstly,by means of the meta-analysis method,and based on the collection and collation of relevant researches on cultural leadership,this paper sorts out the three fields,three stages and three dimensions of the evolution of cultural leadership through,and investigates the global representative cultural leadership training programs and cultural leadership degree programs.It then proposes a preliminary conceptual framework of cultural leadership from the three fields of cultural leadership(i.e.,cultural institutions,cultural field,public field)and three core competencies of cultural leadership(i.e,management ability and governance ability participation ability),and decomposes the objectives of cultural leadership based on this framework as well.It further points out that the cultivation of cultural leadership,in addition to cultural leaders'personal educational background,practical experience and personality charm,is mainly facilitated by the learning of cultural leadership knowledge system.The global representative cultural leadership training programs and degree programs show us the overall framework of this knowledge system with three aspects and six types of knowledge.Finally,it discusses the enlightenment of the international cultural leadership research and practice project on the construction of China's public cultural leading talent team in the new era from the following three aspects of construction objectives,construction framework and construction path.It also proposes that the cultivation of cultural leadership can be regarded as the overall goal and decomposition goal of China's cultural leading talent team construction.In the end,it establishes a framework of knowledge system that could be divided into two dimensions(i.e.,knowledge orientation and knowledge classification),and points out that to conduct professional training which is categorized,hierarchical,well-designed,high-level,high-intensity,and fully off duty is the fundamental way to cultivate cultural leaders in China.
