用户体验视角下的智慧书房测评研究

摘要
构建智慧书房用户体验评价指标体系并对智慧书房进行测评,可助力智慧书房建设和服务开展.文章通过文献调研、网络调研等方式初步拟定智慧书房用户体验评价指标体系;运用专家咨询法确定评价体系,对智慧书房用户进行抽样调查分析;构建由4个一级指标和20个二级指标构成的智慧书房用户体验评价指标体系,根据测评结果对智慧书房发展提出建议.
Abstract
By building a user experience-based evaluation index system,this paper evaluates the smart studies to support their development and services.By means of literature review,online survey and other methods,a smart study user experience evaluation system consisting of 4 primary indicators and 20 secondary indicators is developed after its preliminary version is improved based on expert advice.Designing a specific questionnaire,the paper conducts a sample survey of the domestic smart study users,and makes some suggestions for the development of smart studies based on the evaluation results.
