摘要
科技发展给著作权保护提供了更多可操作性,但作品确权难、交易难等问题依然存在.文章针对大量发生的侵权行为,聚焦于区块链技术在图片确权、交易领域的应用.文章着重讨论区块链技术对图片版权保护及交易的赋能,梳理现实生活中的图片侵权行为,总结现有图片版权保护平台的贡献及不足,分析区块链技术在图片确权和交易过程中的角色、渠道、环节、价值流向,提出延伸价值链、助力平台改进,从价值共创方面完善保护图片版权的价值体系.
Abstract
The development of technology has provided more maneuverability for copyright protection,but there are still difficulties in copyright confirmation,copyright transaction,and so on.In view of massive copyright infringements,this paper focuses on the application of blockchain technology in the protection and transaction of image copyright.It first sorts out image copyright infringements in our real life,and summarizes the functions and deficiencies of current image copyright protection platforms.It then analyzes the roles,channels,links and value flows of blockchain technology in image copyright confirmation and transaction.In the end,it puts forward the concept of value chain,so as to improve current image copyright protection platforms and construct a value system of image copyright protection from the perspective of value co-creation.
