Student Employment Profiles Based on the Characteristics of Campus Behavior
Analyzing the correlation between student employment and campus behavior based on campus behavior data is a key issue of employment management and guidance in universities amid the backdrop of big data.Taking undergraduate students as the object of study,this paper extracts the behavioral characteristics on the basis of student profiles and campus behavior data,and creates a student profile system.By exploring the correlation between the employment of university graduates and campus behavior data according to association rules,it analyzes the behavior characteristics of students with different graduation destinations.The results show that there are four typical group profiles for students who will continue their postgrad education in domestic,three for those going abroad,and four for graduates moving directly into employment.There are distinct differences among different student groups in behavior regularity,consumption level and academic level.This study proposes three corresponding ways to improve the management of college student,i.e.,focusing on the guidance of career planning,increasing awareness of student psychology,and pair-up assistance among students.
