On the Evaluation and Improvement of Digital Immigrants'Health Information Literacy
Based on current researches,a multi-dimensional evaluation index system of digital immigrants'health information literacy is constructed. Then, through online and offline questionnaires, and by means of exploratory factor analysis,first-level indicators such as"multiple foraging and perceived value identification of health information"and"practice and application of health information ethics"are extracted.Later on,by means of Coefficient of Variation(CV),weight coefficients are assigned to the indicators at all levels, and then an empirical analysis is conducted. The result shows that digital immigrants'health information literacy is in a poor state;the composition of their health information literacy shows an imbalance, and it is influenced by such factors as age, education, residence, and physical health. In the end,a health information literacy enhancement service system is constructed,in which the collaboration of the individuals, the society and the government is emphasized.
