Evaluation of the Privacy Policy of Crowdfunding Platform:A Perspective of Rights of Online Privacy
Evaluating privacy policies of different types of crowdfunding platforms scientifically is very positive for the improvement of the platforms'safeguard for users.Based on relevant policies at home and aboard,this paper develops a privacy policy evaluation system for crowdfunding platforms.Using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and entropy weight method,it gives weights to the indicators,and performs an empirical study of some mainstream crowdfunding platforms.The result shows:The overall situation of users'privacy protected by crowdfunding platforms in China is not optimistic,with huge individual differences and variation in levels of protection;Security claim and the right of privacy usage are better protected than the right to know and control right for privacy.Crowdfunding platforms should optimize relevant measures,focusing on putting rules on privacy regulatory mechanism,establishing classified privacy protection measures and optimizing privacy protection policies.
